At Casa Linda Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original, unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare for Pickup or Shipment
Carefully repackage the furniture in its original boxes; for large items, we will schedule a professional furniture carrier to perform a curbside pickup.
Inspection Process
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the piece to ensure it is free from damage and in resalable condition.
Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
